Thomas Plotz, President, is of the fourth generation of Plotz family members in the business since the founding of the company. 

Plotz has nine (9) experienced employees with the following years of service.

• Two (2) employees with 40+ years
• Five (5) employees with 25-30 years
• Two (2) employees with 5-10 years

Four (4) employees are dedicated to shop and field service of a full product line of horizontal, vertical and variable speed pumping equipment for several major manufacturers of related equipment.

These impressive years of experience allow Plotz to repair all types of equipment with notable quality and customer service.
